Getting Started¶
Kadenio is a browser-based system for running an independent bicycle shop. It covers the repair workshop, customer and bike records, products and stock, the point of sale (POS), loyalty and rewards, customer emails and reports. Each shop's data is private and never visible to other shops.
This version is built for shops in Denmark: prices are in Danish kroner (DKK), the app is available in English and Danish, and each shop has one location.

How a shop gets onto Kadenio¶
There is no public sign-up. Your Kadenio account manager sets up your shop for you:

Own->>V: Set a new password

- Your Kadenio account manager sets up your shop and sends the owner a one-time temporary password. The shop starts with a 14-day trial, with every feature available.
- You receive your sign-in email and the temporary password.
- The first time you sign in, Kadenio asks you to Change your temporary password. You cannot use the shop until you have done so.
- Before the trial ends, contact Kadenio to activate your subscription.
First sign-in (shop owner)¶
- Open the Kadenio web address you were given and sign in with your email and temporary password.
- On Change your temporary password, enter the Temporary password, a New password and Confirm new password, then select Change password. The new password must have at least 8 characters, including at least one letter and one number.
- You see "Password changed. Welcome to your shop." A banner shows how many days are left of your trial, for example "14 days left in your trial for full features".
