Reports and exports

The Reports screen answers the shop's questions for a day or a period: how much was sold and how customers paid, what workshop work is open, which items are running low, and how loyalty points, vouchers and gift cards were used. Figures are calculated live from your shop's sales, stock and rewards, and cannot be edited. You can download the sales for a period as a CSV file.

What is in the sales CSV

One row per sale created in the period, newest first, with the location, sale number, invoice number, status, currency, total and the date and time the sale was created.

Reading the CSV

  • The file includes all sales in the period, also unpaid, voided and refunded ones. Use the status column to filter.
  • Totals are in øre (hundredths of a krone): 125000 means 1,250.00 kr.
  • Times are in UTC, which is one hour (winter) or two hours (summer) behind Danish time.

Rules to know

  • Dates must be valid, and the start date cannot be after the end date: "The report start date must be on or before the end date."
  • You can only see your own shop's figures.
  • Viewing or exporting reports does not change anything.

Gift cards count as sales twice

Selling a gift card is a paid sale, so it is included in Paid sales. When the customer later pays with the card, that sale is counted too. To see goods and services only, subtract the Cards issued value.

What happens next

Nothing changes in the shop when you view a report or download the CSV. Figures are always up to date when you apply a period or refresh.

Not available in this version

  • Building your own reports or dashboards.
  • Exports other than the sales CSV (for example Excel or stock exports).
  • Links to accounting systems.
  • Reports across several shops or currencies.
